I have over twenty years of professional experience in Holistic Health and Integrative Coaching arena. I began as a Neuromuscular therapist utilizing Somatic Release techniques whilst simultaneously carrying certifications for instruction of Yoga, Kinesiology, Breathwork & Optimal Nutrition.

As with most that are drawn to the holistic wellness arena, my early childhood & young adult life was riddled with intense emotional & mental trauma due to domestic violence, substance & sexual abuse rampant withing the family environment. It is this that ignited my desire for self healing.

My fascination of the human potential compelled me to research Epigenetics & Cymatic Therapy in addition to the innovations created by science based organizations such as The heart math institute, the Resonance Academy, The Inner science Research Team, Richard Rudd; founder of The Gene Keys & Alan Krakower; Founder of the Human Design System.

throughout the completion process of several trainings offered by the above organizations, A distinct sense of clarity & synthesis of embodiment began to occur within me. It is a profoundly liberating experience, one that inherently celebrates each person as a divinely designed human.

I have devoted my life to optimizing the process of self healing. I provide a safe container with practical & proven, yet unconventional life hacks that disengage trauma patterns resulting in a organic integration & restoration of true self awareness. This is a game changer. inner harmony naturally occurs once one recognizes & aligns with their innate source of personal magnetism.
